Tips
  • Slowly sip coconut water after your main meal as coconut water is composed of many enzymes that aid in digestion & metabolism.

  • Avoid eating food with a lot of fat before workout as they are slow to digest and remain in the stomach for a long time.

  • Get some green tea on a daily basis, a few cups, a good thermogenic and good source of antioxidants.. and lets face it for those who dont drink enough water.. its a good sub.

  • Drink cold water before & during exercise. This helps improve your endurance as it brings down your core body temperature.

  • Don't wait till you are thirsty; keep sipping water once every hour. By the time you feel thirsty, you are already slightly dehydrated.

  • To make your runs more challenging, try running backwards. It helps improve your balance & coordination, & burns more calories than normal running.
